Developing Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence In young people
During the early years at High School young people are beginning to develop as young adults, beginning to find out who they are and who they choose to be.

Unless they are given an opportunity to take time out and really find their true selves and look at who they choose to be and the difference they want to make in the world, they can easily become a reflection of those around them, their teachers, parents and their fellow pupils.
The pressure to please adults and peers, the pressure to fit in can cause young people to behave in ways they are not comfortable with. However the alternative is feeling alone, isolotated, insecure and even insignificant and not heard.
How does the Course work?
On the course you will have a chance to do three things: know yourself more; choose how you act, what you think and how you feel; and start to become the person of your dreams.
The weekend will give you the confidence to be more and show more of your true-self and the assurance that you are not alone.
One parent/carer will need to accompany each young person and that person will need to be willing to work with both Catherine and another leader during the weekend to enable them to be ready to support their child/young person when they return to every day life.
