During this weekend you will be looking at and learning about yourself.
Your feelings, Your behaviors, Your beliefs and Your values.
Becoming Emotionally Intelligent
You will also be looking at and learning about the person you would choose to be.
Think about the people who live with you, the people who work with you, the people who socialize with you.
What sort of difference do you want to make to them and their lives?
How do you treat them when you are tired, frustrated, overworked, stressed, in a bad mood, sad, depressed, or angry?

This weekend we are looking at this very important and basic step in becoming more  emotionally intelligent. Can we be the sort of person we would truly choose to be and make the sort of difference we truly want to make even when we feel at our worst.
You will experience what it is like to choose, rather than react. You will see that you have choices about how you feel and behave.

This weekend will allow you to communicate clearly and without blame.
It will allow you to choose how you act rather than react.
It is a chance to begin to be the difference you want to see in the world around you.
